Aurora Landscape is a full service landscape design and construction company, established in 2000 by owner-operator Shawn McCloskey.
After graduating from SUNY Cobleskill with an Associates degree in Landscape Design and a Bachelors degree in Plant Science/ Ornamental Horticulture, Shawn moved to the Pacific Northwest, where he gained valuable experience working for several large landscape companies.
Eventually settling down in his hometown of Kingston New York, Shawn decided to take his working knowledge and his formal education to create his own company. With a background reinforced with construction and hard work Aurora Landscape has flourished, leaving many satisfied and return customers in its wake. Over the last five years, the company has grown to become one of the leading landscape companies serving clients throughout the Ulster County area.
